There is a one-off charge of £100 ex VAT to set up each school with Parent Hotline. We undertake all the work on your behalf and provide you with a letter to send home to parents. Within 48hrs you can be leaving your first message.

Annual Fee
Parent Hotline is an extremely cost effective service with a single annual fee of just £95 ex VAT. This includes unlimited messages and unlimited calls for daily, emergency and school trip messages.

Parent Hotline Cards (optional)
Parent Hotline Cards can be given to each parent to keep in their purse or wallet. Each card contains the Parent Hotline number and unique School ID – so the number is always to hand.
£10 ex VAT per 100 plus p&p
The School ID can be used to keep pupils safe on school trips.
