How it Works
Parent Hotline does exactly what it says, it provides parents a hotline to the school.
- The school rings the service from any location to leave or update a message for parents to listen to.
- Thousands of parents can ring the service from any mobile or landline and listen to the latest messages.
- There are three separate sections, allowing schools to leave a variety of messages for parents, depending on the situation

|
- Schools can set up school trips on the service and record messages up to three days before the trip starts
- Parents ring in to Parent Hotline and find out when the trip is due to depart, that they have arrived safely and any changes in the ETA back at school
- The school trips service is particularly useful for residential trips where parents can be updated daily about the trip – providing them reassurance that their child is safe
